This statement
draws together contributions from council officers and the landowners
who are working in partnership to ensure a fully comprehensive framework
of development that has been agreed through a thorough process of
public consultation.
The second public
exhibition took place on 24th and 25th of February 2006. The exhibition

Exhibition
The
Steering Group
Following on from
the exhibition on 2nd and 3rd September and the Planning Workshop
on 20th July, the first Steering Group meeting took place on the 10th
October 2005 at St Michael's School, Stoke Gifford.
Representatives
from the local community including local South Gloucestershire councillors,
members of Stoke Gifford Parish Council, residents and other community
organisations sit on the group. It is designed to act as a forum for
the exchange of views and information on the project at Harry Stoke
between these stakeholders, the developer (Crest Nicholson) and South
Gloucestershire Council.
