Next steps

1. Your comments have been recorded, reported and considered by the development team and the Council.

2. The Master Plan and Design Statement were amended as necessary. An exhibition report was produced and circulated to all those people that made comments.

3. The Master Plan and Design Statement formed part of an Outline Planning Application, submitted in March.

4. Detailed Design Codes were drawn up for each of the Character Areas as part of the Planning Application process.
