Rationale
The
Harry Stoke site is extremely well located in terms of access to transport
infrastructure (1km west of the M32 and 0.5km south of Parkway Station),
local amenities and employment opportunities.

Although the site
is well served by Strategic transport links (Parkway Station and the
M32), local north-south connections in/out of the Bristol Fringe are
not ideal. The Harry Stoke & Wallscourt Fm developments will provide
the opportunity to improve these links, including a Rapid Public Transport
Route and the first phase of the Bradley Stoke link road.
