Thank you for visiting our website showing the proposals for the redevelopment of Imperial House, Windsor. The consultation process is ongoing and we welcome your continued involvement in the evolution of this exciting proposed scheme.

Your feedback throughout the consultation process is vitally important and we thank everyone who has taken the time to explore our website and submit their views. You can register your comments through the feedback forms available, which can be sent in via the freepost address provided or submitted online at www.greenissues.com/w1windsor.

Following this exhibition, the project team will review all feedback and will take on any suggestions  wherever possible. A Statement of Community Engagement, outlining the consultation that has taken place, will be submitted as part of the planning application.

Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council will also be asking for peoples’ views on the proposals prior to its Development Control Panel voting on the application.
We anticipate that a planning application will be submitted in December with a likely decision being made in the new year. 

If the application is successful, construction would begin in the summer of 2009 with completion expected in 2012.
